** Tax and gratuity are not included in these prices.  A deposit is required to hold the room within 7 days of booking.  The deposit is refunded the night of the event unless you cancel or there are less than 30 people present for the buffet.  Additionally, we ask for a final count at least 5 days before the date of the party.  You will be charged for the final count, unless there are more people present.
