Experience not necessary, but can be a significant plus.
Ability to improve the customer's experience to an above average level.
Must be an organized thinker that can manage high-stress situations.
Must be willing to complete nightly side-work/cleanup duties.
Punctuality and reliability required.
PAY $$: Hourly + tips. An average server will make around $15/hr (including tips). However, exceptionally skilled servers who are able to handle private banquets, large tables, and the larger sections will be able to make closer to $20-$30/hr (including tips).

BUSSER
Requirements/Job Responsibilities:

The desire to work hard and move quickly. Unmotivated individuals need not apply.
Clean and re-setup tables in a timely manner.
Refill customer's water, tea, and coffee.
Clear customers plates when they are finished.
Assist servers when needed.
Nightly side-work/cleanup duties.
PAY $$: Hourly + tips. Rough average: $12-$15+/hr (including tips)

CHEFS/KITCHEN MANAGERS/COOKS
Requirements/Job Responsibilities:

Experience an absolute must.
Positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and able to take direction.
Be comfortable with a large menu and a very fast paced kitchen.
For Chefs & Kitchen Managers: Be able to lead and implement ideas which improve the quality of food and presentation, while staying true to the history of the restaurant.
PAY $$: Negotiable depending on skill level. (Range: $8/hr - 40K Salary)
